General and specific compliance requirements for doing business with TCE and our partners.

Technical Requirements - Vary depending upon process and customer requirements. TCE will provide as requested.

Quality Requirements - Must meet our quality control requirements outlined in our quality manual and in our PO requirements.

Vendors are required to meet some or all of the following:

  • Certificate of Conformance - Statement of conformance to purchase order, applicable specifications, and drawing requirements with signature of authorized representative. 1)Supplier's name, address, and contact information. 2)Purchase Order number. 3)Part number & drawing revision. 4)Test results or documents verifying the conformity of product are available for review by the purchaser. 5)Required of all out process suppliers that perform work for TCE.

  • NADCAP - If required vendors must conform to the NADCAP Requirements

  • DFARS Specialty Metal Clause 252.225.7009 - If our Purchase Order specifies: material must be acquired from the US or a qualifying country per DFARS Specialty Metal Clause 252.225.7009

  • Foreign Object Damage / Debris (FOD) Procedures - Suppliers of parts and or processes for TCE must comply with a Foreign Object Damage / Debris (FOD) plan to ensure parts are free of foreign objects and debris.

  • Right of Entry for TCE and our Customers - TCE requires our vendors to conform to our Right of Entry. This policy allows for right of entry, upon request, of TCE representatives, our customer representatives and regulatory authorities.

  • Purchasing Process - Suppliers are required to meet Purchasing ISO Clause 8.4.1, 8.4.2.
